Meyers getting traded isn't near as bold as saying Crabbe will be traded due to the fact Crabbe has to approve any trade this year (next year we can trade him without his consent). In fact, who would be more likely to go provided there is a trade? Vonleh maybe because teams would want him the most? Problem is he doesn't make much so you don't get much back with him alone. Yes, if there is a deal this season then, Meyers is traded in it (maybe not alone) and this isn't bold at all. (Not saying there will be a deal)
The bold part of saying Meyers will be traded is the underlying assertion that another team wants him.
Haha. A good dig to OB again but teams take players in trade that they don't like all the time (not alone usually though).
