On your 3pt shots, try not to follow thru with both hands. Keep your shooting hand up longer and more steady on the follow thru. You're dropping your arm(s) before the ball hits the rim.. Keep your shooting hand pointing/aimed at the basket, you're kind just throwing both hands up in the air like your signaling a touchdown and then dropping them. Seriously, watch your vid, every time you drop your shooting hand before the ball hits the rim your shoot is short. Don't float backwards after you shoot. That means you're using your arms more than your legs. Also you're leaning forward when you shoot. Again, that means you're getting more power from your arms than your legs. When you shoot stand straight up and down, not leaning forward. If you really want to rebuild your shot get rid of the chair for a while. Shoot 100x with only your right hand, just let your left hang at your side. Both feet even. " Shoot 100x " Right foot forward. " Shoot 100x " Left foot forward. Focus on remaining straight up and down, don't lean forward. Squat a bit before you shoot, so you learn to drive the strength of your shooting motion with your legs. Repeat all of this now adding a short hop. Repeat all of this now doing a complete jump shot. Follow through, follow through, follow through, let the ball almost drip off your fingers.
