Apparently the Spurs have to move him to sign Pau. I'd be very interested. He's like a suave old fat Draymond.

Of course, this would make even more sense IF WE STILL HAD BATUM.

Where is diaw in the "sneaky fit and good-fat and disinterested" spectrum these days?

Is Diaw kind of an ageless player like Andre Miller? You look at his career stats and there doesn't seem to be any arch to his production.

Well, it's the off-season, so he's probably pretty fat right now. The French team is in Manilla - I know Parker's been playing and Batum just showed up to play (delayed because of Charlotte deal) but I dunno about Boris.

    [Edit: he's there.]

Maybe Cuban will give them a draft pick for him since he loves helping out teams that are signing good players....

Seriously though, if we could get Diaw+Kyle Anderson+Rights to Nikola Milutinov for Cleveland's 2018 pick+Dani Diez+Clif Alexander's contract I'd be happy and call the offseason salvageable.

Having watched him quite a bit last year, no thank you. I know a lot of the media guys down here were saying he was hurt towards the end of the season but he seemed to finally lose that effectiveness. He had been great the past few years, even though he had lost a step, at being crafty. I'd rather have Boban at this point and that's not saying much.

Please god, please have the Spurs start Gasol and make LMA come off the bench.
