Re: Bosh doesn't like the idea of Bargnani Yes, I know. That will win us some games right there. Athleticism, quickness and ppg comes to mind with that frontcourt. Here come the glory days...

Just because a majority of his points come from close to the basket, doesn't mean that he is a banging big man. In fact, i noticed in Texas he would shy away from contact on the defensive side of things. If your looking for a big man that bangs down low, Aldridge is not the answer.
Re: Bosh doesn't like the idea of Bargnani I would rather have Aldrige for the team. I for one have never seen him play so I can't say anything but I think he would be a great addition to the team. Bosh for one will like this because they are buddys and work out with eachother.
Re: Bosh doesn't like the idea of Bargnani Yeah, I heard they are pretty close friends, both coming out of Texas (the state). And Aldridge does get alot of inside points, he blocks shots, get rebounds. Good enough Center for me, considering the amount of "true" centers in the NBA now adays.
Re: Bosh doesn't like the idea of Bargnani Since when is LaMarcus Aldridge a banger? He's exactly like Channing Frye...Maybe if Chris Bosh would grow a pair and play more physical and maybe play defense instead of telling the GM how to do his job....

We want to build our franchise around him. Of course we want to hear about his concerns because he will leave if we don't start building, so STFU. Also, Aldridge gets rebounds, blocks and inside points and he has a nice post game, so yes, he is considered a banger.
Re: Bosh doesn't like the idea of Bargnani Aldridge is no more a banger than Chris Bosh, Bosh isn't a banger and he blocks a few shots, rebounds and scores inside. If you tell me to STFU up again i'm deleting your post, got it?
Re: Bosh doesn't like the idea of Bargnani Not really. Aldridge is played center more then Bosh. Aldridge is bigger then bosh, body wise. And Aldridge can play down low and rebound better then Bosh I think.

Re: Bosh doesn't like the idea of Bargnani Aldridge is about 6'11 and 245... I do know that he has a few post-up moves that he could pull up. He has pretty good defense and good shotblocking abilities. Again, I mentioned this in another thread, but imagine this frontcourt:AldridgeBoshCVAthleticism is the key to that frontcourt. All 3 of em are able to block shots and they're all versatile so it's harder for opponents to guard them.
Re: Bosh doesn't like the idea of Bargnani I don't think Aldridge is a bad pick at all, I think it's a great pick, but to call him a banger is ridiculous considering he's about as tough as Channing Frye coming out of school, Frye like Aldridge was probably the best center in the NCAA but Frye is now a PF in the NBA. Aldridge is a very good player but calling him a banger is ridiculous, he's big but skill skinny where you know he could put on weight, but I doubt the weight would do much because he's kind of a softy and 'you are what you are'.
Re: Bosh doesn't like the idea of Bargnani We will escort him to the weight room when we draft him. Im sure he can get up to 250, 260 before the season starts. He seems like a good defender and he scores alot of inside points. Thats good enough for us. Like Bosh said, we dont need another guy just there to shoot the ball and score some points. Atleast Aldridge will give you rebounds, blocks and inside points. Thats good enough.
