    Is Roy good enough to "flip the switch?" Maybe . . . but I don't see Lebron, Carmello, Durant and other young stars coasting it in preseason in hopes of flipping the switch. I hope Roy knows what he is doing . . . didn't Roy get off to a slow start last year?
