Dude, how would I know what's going to happen? Pure speculation. Edit: yeah, and at this point hasn't everyone seen last night's episode? If not, probably best to avoid online discussions.
I'm a big time proponent of taking measures to avoid spoiling the show for others but you have to take some responsibility too. The show is winding down, last night's show was (spoiler?) fucking INCREDIBLE. Everyone's going to be talking about it on the interwebz, so you should probably avoid it until you've watched the episode.
Sounds like everyone thinks Walt blames Jesse for getting Hank involved and ultimately killed, not to mention losing Walt's fortune. Sounds reasonable enough to me. But now that Walt has lost everything would he change his mind if he discovers his blue meth kicking around and figures out that they have Jesse captive? Or does he just want revenge on the Nazis and happens to run into a presumed-dead Jesse? I figure Lydia has to come back into play at some point here too, I just have no idea how. BTW the firefighters were playing chess and the White King is in a precarious position. Check out the link below. What do you guys think it means? http://i.imgur.com/wvSomKP.jpg
Then say it's speculation. And yes, I already watched last night's episode ... twice. If you'd have read the thread before posting, you probably would know that.
I watched the episode. Read the thread. A "spoiler" isn't the same as "speculation". Call it speculation. A "spoiler" is knowing the outcome, much like Survivor used to have a person who would post exactly what would happen during a season, because they were on the production team.
It's a possible spoiler since I was being cautious to people that might not've watched last night's episode, but thanks for the advice.
I think at this point I'm overloaded on symbolism. The smallest detail on the show is deliberate. The call backs and colours and everything else need a lot more time to percolate in my mind.
Ah, got it! Yeah, people should avoid these threads if they haven't watched the most recent episode, and typically I don't mind being spoiled on shows. This one, though? Wow, truly a TV masterpiece.
More symbolism, Skyler stabbed Walt with a Cutco knife which she probably bought years ago from Towelboy on Oregonlive.
Guillermo del Toro desperately wanted to direct last night's episode "Ozymandias". When he expressed this desire to the episode's eventual director Rian Johnson, Johnson responded, "Yeah, sorry, I'm the one who gets to fuck the prom queen."
Rian Johnson wrote the episode, too. I've been seeing that Looper is in my HBO feed, and never wanted to watch it. Now that I see Rian Johnson is writer/directer, I'm watching it.
The knife was shown in the cold opening/flashback, too. It's back in the days that Walt was learning to lie. I'll say it again, but that's the only time I've had my mind blown by an hour of scripted television. It was a perfect episode of television, and when I watch Under the Dome with Dean Norris, it makes me sad to think how he's trying to elevate the network show he's on, knowing that the talent isn't there in terms of fellow actors, writing, and directing.
PapaG, you ever get to watch The Shield? It was 8 seasons of what this past 6 episodes have felt like! Sent from my baller ass iPad FAMS!
Great show, great writing and story lines! Unbelievably tense with an amazing ending! Sent from my baller ass iPad FAMS!
Huge spoiler alert! As in if you don't read this it could spoil your enjoyment of Breaking Bad. If you are dvr'ing the last two episodes they are each 75mins long.
Damn, I looked it up and you are right: http://entertainment.time.com/2013/09/18/amc-will-supersize-final-episodes-of-breaking-bad/ Fantastic. So there's really 4 episodes left. It's like I can get extra bumps of that TIGHT TIGHT TIGHT TIGHT shit, yo.
LOL! I'm not going to lie about something like that. I'm honestly trying to save someone the pain of not recording the entire episode.
