By Trump, sure. Flynn takes immunity, admits to everything, he personally hacked the dems, etc. etc., investigation over, Trump wins.

I wonder when Comey will investigate the 500K Bill was paid by the Russians shortly after the Uranium deal.

    It doesn't work that way.

If he lies, it's perjury and he can still be prosecuted. If he's given use immunity, only his testimony cannot be used against him, but things like wire taps and other peoples' testimony CAN be used to prosecute him.

Plus, I don't think he's getting immunity, he's going to plead the 5th, and Democrats think they might be able to indict him over something. What that is, isn't clear yet because he's committed no crime.

the fact that he hasnt been taken up on the offer makes me think he doesnt have shit to say.

if he had even a smidgen of dirt on ol' tiny hands, they would be falling all over themselves to wrap him up.

This would not be a story if Trump hadn't lied about his connections to Russian mobsters ....he apparently didn't do much vetting when he sold them a unit below his home

There's not much difference between Russian Intelligence service and the Russian mob....pretty blurred line....given the time they've had to cover this up, I imagine the main evidence is long gone by now.....amazing how fast a billionaire can make stuff go away

WikiLeaks latest documents show the CIA are masters at this shit.

Ponder why the CIA might want to make it look like the Russians committed some hacking. And consider why we should believe it was the Russians that hacked the Clinton campaign server.

Tell me more about this circumstantial evidence. That's all I've seen and it's not even compelling.

neither of us has access...if you read my post...I expect it's long gone....poof....circumstances are pretty veiled at the top these days...I openly admit I'm suspicious of anything Trump avoids addressing or anything he tweets....I've read enough to have caught him in numerous lies already....you trust this administration for some reason Denny.........I have multiple reasons not to. I can dig up 50 articles about Trump's Russian mysteries but there's no point now that anything can be countered with ...."FAKE NEWS"........I trust journalists way more than I trust our administration

No. The best you can do is VPN, something like this: https://openvpn.net/

Your cable provider has to be able to tell your modem to only do 50Mbit or 100Mbit (for example), depending on which you pay for. If you call them up, they send your modem a message to up the bandwidth.

That same mechanism allows hackers to get into the modem.

The modems have hard coded backdoor accounts so technicians can remotely diagnose issues with your service. The modems ship with a default password that most people do not know about or bother to change.

The modems have embedded WWW server for the admin pages. Those have vulnerabilities.

The big one is the DOCSIS TFTP one (how providers limit your bandwidth). A man in the middle attack would make it so your modem would download and boot whatever program the hacker chooses.

    Long gone, like Clinton's emails?

There's going to be forensic evidence, if there's anything we learned from Clinton's lawbreaking.

I don't trust this administration. I've said from the start that hopefully the republicans would block Trump's godawful agenda items (and pass the good ones). I think Trump is a mixed bag, a blowhard, and a non-politician. The non-politician bit is his best quality, if you believe as I do that government should be run by citizens and not some elite class established through meritocracy.

What I also don't trust is what are obviously absurd claims about some collusion between the Russians and Trump. I don't think Trump's crew are smart enough to pull that off. If there's anything we learned about Trump's administration so far, it's that.
