Well we have the conversation recorded as you say all on the up and up withing the rules laid out to NSA. Now how do this info get legally to the media? I think it is only illegally done, don't you? Probably the only law broken was the leak to the media.
Our govt is not hiding in the shadows when it investigates something like this....it's supposed to be transparent and it should be.

I don't care how it was leaked, from all appearances Trump's administration is a sieve so it probably came from several sources. The ironic part is we also found out the AG he fired tried to protect him and the guy who lied to him is someone he feels got a raw deal.
Wtf are you talking about? The inner sanctum of government can listen it on phone calls, decide what they like and don't, then take action, leak to the media and this is all OK?
To me, that is the main issue here. I don't really give a rat what's up between Trump and Flynn. It's the inner workings of the government that are broken for what ever reason.
Maybe it wouldn't be leaked if Trump was respected. Trump's made his own bed on that one and then some. He's also disrespected the intelligence community multiple times. I'm not justifying the leak, but Trump shares some significant blame for creating a culture where people would be actively trying to undermine him. Also, if there is a lot of smoke showing that Russia basically controls Trump, some might describe the leaks as the work of true patriots. It all depends on your perspective.
