I am now convinced that Sly orchestrated this entire drama with Dame in order to bring people back to the site. I have seen names pop up who I haven’t seen in a long time. Sly was pulling all the strings behind the scenes.

Back in the 70s there was a great movie called The Heartbreak Kid, starring Charles Grodin (later remade by Ben Stiller.)

It reminds me of Dame today.

In it, Grodin is a Jewish, liberal newlywed married to a nebbish but nice Jewish gal. On their honeymoon, he gets smitten with the gorgeous blond Cybil Shepard. Crazily, he pursues her. She's everything his gal is not - blond, sexy, rich, Christian, vivacious, Republican. By the end of the movie, Grodin has left his bride, moved to a red state, and is sitting at this whitbread, goyish dinner table saying grace.

And the look on his face, so out of place, so living so against his values, is "What the f have I done?"

That's what I truly think Dame is feeling right about now.
