    There's a tavern in Orient, Washington about two miles South of the Canadian border on US 395and near Kettle Falls, Washington which is about 9 miles North of Colville, Washington, that has great broasted chicken.

    In case anyone is wondering, Broasted is a trademark name for a type of chicken that is pressure cooked in hot oil using a recipe from the Broaster company and using a Broaster pressure cooker.

    It's not really the healthiest thing I've ever eated but as long as you don't eat it too often, it's absolutely delicious. They also make great french fries.
