the last few weeks, Plummer has looked better. especially vs Colts and Pittsburgh.

<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (Bears#1Fan)</div><div class='quotemain'>I think Denver will be better Cutler will step in and make some big plays.. he will make mistakes but he will make his plays.. Denver is still 7-2 despite a piss poor run game and Jake Plummers struggles.. That Defense is good and will carry this franchise well into next year</div>
Piss poor run game? They get 140 yards a game on the ground and are 4th in the league in that category. Hard to see how that's piss poor. They still have one of the elite run games in the NFL. Just because they don't have a marquee running back doing the job doesn't mean they have a piss poor run game. The Bell boys make a good combo and it seems like one of them is guaranteed to have success every week.

I've never trusted Plummer though. I didn't trust him last season when he had a career year. I've never been a Jake fan. I actually didn't consider the Broncos a playoff team at the start of the season either in large part because of Plummer. I was wrong though. This defense is very good, but has flaws. They don't get pressure on the QB for one and if they play a team that has two very good WRs then they're in trouble because they only have one Champ Bailey.
