<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (DolfanDale)</div><div class='quotemain'><div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (porky88)</div><div class='quotemain'>Well thats the way it is. It's not just the Packers though. It could hurt them to. All you've mentioned is that what if Walker gets hurt. Well what if Green Bay pays him and he gets hurt or what if GB pays him and he never has a good year again because Favre made him look good. Thats why I am not a big fan of the "what if game"</div> If Javon Walker gets hurt bad enough, I believe the Packers could put him on injured reserve for the year and that would give them some cap relief. If he doesn't perform up to the contract, then the Packers tell him we're going to renegotiate your contract or we're going to cut you. Teams have lot of options. Players not so many.</div> Walker doesn't want to redo his contract then. So the Packers would probably cut him and take a big cap hit. You see it doesn't always work best for the team either.
