In Deng's defense, he's playing on one leg. But so is Pierce. Deng couldn't handle Marcus Williams of the Nets either. He's definitely not helping. But Pierce is pushing off and traveling almost every time.
I can't help but to think this is a little bit of a player referendum on Vinny. All this nonsense comes out, and suddenly they play a kick ass game against a good team
Hinrich was huge for us last night. If he can play like this consistently, the Bulls do have a chance against anyone. However, after watching him play all these years and this season, it's not consistent that he makes so many shots in a row, especially with the game on the line. He'd have to be a consistent shot maker for 4 of 7 games for us to win a series. I'm dubious, but hopeful.
What was so impressive with the win is the face we got nothing from Murray and Warrick, and just two pts from Pargo
I am not so sure as you are. I think it's due to the fact the Bulls players knew they had to win that game and maybe the next one to make the playoffs.
Maybe, but they came out and looked totally out of it vs. the Nets and Bucks, and those were pretty much must win situations too. I guess that's what's making me wonder. We go from playing some of our worst ball of the year in key situations to some of our best. Just odd. Not that most things with the team are normal
