1. Now I know what the zombie tag is for. 2. Was unaware of nuclear meltdown over bumping of threads. This is the difference between Portland in the summer and Beautiful Central Oregon in the summer. 3. By sheer coincidence I bumped a u thread, but it appears all was done according to the previously unknown guidelines.
i recently saw lotsa old threads coming up and saw the start dates n just assumed it was boring fuckery. seemed it was.
I want us to sign Melo to a one-day retirement contract just to get the Fiber thread over 10000 Edit: oh wait.
Maybe we could have a poll thread about bumping off old threads? If a thread gets bumped an obnoxious amount of times, we take a poll to decide whether to send it into cyberspace oblivion.
The Big deal this is made out to be makes me think nothing big goes on in many members' lives to help provide levity to the emotional impact this is having on some of you.
Reminds me on one of the dispatchers/ order desk guys at the company I worked for many years. His saying was, "this is a great job if I didn't have to deal with customers"
I was going to start a thread called "Creating of old threads." Then I was going to make a thread about Portland getting an NBA team.
I personally hate the bumping of old threads. It’s a total waste of time, in my opinion. I have no interest in rehashing a thread from five years ago, and it’s confusing as hell if you don’t know it’s old.
Somebody here started digging up posts of mine from 2014 or something and posting them as giant screen shots....I thought it was uncool...also out of context ..found it creepy someone would dig that far to make some weird comparison
