01-02 - Scott/Nets won 0 games against eventual NBA champs, with most talented Nets team (of Kidd era)

02-03 - Scott/Nets won 2 games against eventual NBA champs, with 2nd most talented Nets team

03-04 - Frank/Nets won 3 games against eventual NBA champs, with Jason Kidd playing on one knee.

How can you say he's improved immensely? He's having ONE good season after sucking the previous 3. If Frank had 3 seasons where he won 18, 38, and 39 games, he'd have been murdered by Nets fans.

seriously this whole better winning percent than Scott means nothing the Nets have not escape the second round since Scott was the coach. Playoffs is where you grade success.

sucking previous seasons? scott led a team that was decimated by injuries, was forced to start pargo on many occasiosn and at times, had only desmond mason as a scoring option last year when they were hit by injuries to 39 wins in the west, one game off our mark. scott, as of now, is a very good coach. he's lost his lazy mentality and actually cares about his players
