    Hello darkness, my old friend
Buttigieg seemed like a decent guy and even if he fell short of Sanders or Warren on the liberal spectrum, would still have been the most liberal Democratic nominee ever based on what he did support, had he won. My issue with him is that, even by politician standards, he spoke too much in cliches and inspirational word salad. He felt a bit too empty to me. Of course, as many Presidents have shown, it's more a matter of the team you put around yourself once you reach the White House. I think he could make a perfectly good candidate in the future.

Buttigieg and Steyer are out, can Klobuchar be far behind? I’ve got to think that there’s a lot of arm twisting and promising going by the Biden camp and DNC to try to consolidate the centrist vote before Tuesday.

Too late. To give Joe the best shot of catching Bernie the Dems need to consolidate the centrist vote. I’d bet money she’s getting sweet talked right now.

If s2, surely the cream of humanity, is doomed, what hope is there for homo sapiens in general?

I bet most of his support goes to Biden

Ah, I'm already over it. Hopefully he gets a job somewhere and tries again in the future. He has a major advantage in that he'll actually live to see another presidential election...

Now, which ridiculously old person should I support in this election?

Sweet campaign moment between Buttigieg and a young gay boy who saw a positive view if what he could become. Smart, handsome, successful, happy, and loved. I wish him well.

Biden. No, he's not my first choice, either, but he probably stands the best chance of beating Trump and that's more important than finding the holy Grail.

I don't know how you can know that. We thought Hillary was that last time until she lost and suddenly everyone said "Gah - it was actually Bernie!"
Pick the candidate YOU ACTUALLY WANT. When we end up with everyone's second choice, nobody can be arsed to go out and vote for them.

I never got the impression Pete was that happy. He seemed to have a yawning chasm inside him where his genuine beliefs should be. It seemed like everything he did was on a checklist labeled "necessary steps to being President". Except coming out, admittedly, but he made it sound like he would've made the Gay go away if he possibly could've.

Now if Chasten had been the candidate, I think I could've warmed to him.

I said that about Oden. Then I had to say it again. And again. We're here for you, man.

    Assuming any of us do.

    Donald Trump!
