The same planet where Aldridge is untouchable.

I wouldn't. I'm not in love with Cousins. He reminds me of Derrick Coleman. Tons and tons of talent, 10c brain.

DMC is to much of a talent to pass up but I'm not a fan of Monroe. A younger Jefferson who is worse on D, i'd rather keep Hickson to play PF if we move LA then Monroe.

No. I'd happily do 10 for either one of them, but I wouldn't do Aldridge for either of them. I recognize that 10 is too little for either, and the difference then might be made up by aldridge for the other, but it isn't made up, in my opinion. I think Aldridge is a perfect fit next to Lillard right now, and has a game that will age well. I don't have the same fascination with youth and potential that many do. In some instances, sure. Trading Aldridge in the hopes thaat Monroe/Cousins somehow forms some dynamic championship front court for us.....no thanks.

So wait, we're trading RR7, Aldridge, the 7th, and the 10th for Monroe and DMC? What are RR7's advanced stats? I'm not sure about this trade if he has to be included.

Wow. Canzano's piece reads like a bad post on this board. Also- an established power forward? Aldridge IS an established power forward. Established as the best power forward in the league. And of course, we could get a lot for him. Little puff piece that went nowhere.

Im always open to the idea of tading anyone, but for the life of me I cant come up with a realistic trade that makes us better. LMA is a very unappreciated player and a great compliment to Damien. I think we should be focusing our efforts on getting a C that compliments LMA like we've tried to do with Oden and Hibbert, but have never been able to accomplish.

Klay Thompson, Harrison (fucking) Barnes, Festus Ezeli and either Biedrins/RJefferson (expiring after next season) for LMA.

Dunno why Portland moves Aldridge but Curry/??Bazemore??/Brandon Rush/LMA/Bogut is sexy and move Lee for a few role players to fill the holes.

PDX gets solid talent but not really at positions of need.

Like you've realized trading Zach Randolph was a bad idea?

I think Fez is on the right track with Cousins. Fez is ahead of the game here. Cousins is a good passer like Noah too. I'm all for getting Cousins if we can keep Lillard/Batum/Aldridge.

Our players will never get it together as long as the example they follow is the uncoordinated Aldridge. He has held us back since his arrival.

Is there anyone on this board who thinks that LMA is re-signing in Portland in the summer of 2015?
