Everybody trashes Meyers, at some point. I think it's on the agreement to sign up here.

 

I completely understand, Im not saying dont do it. Im not ‘losing it’, I realize its mostly done in fun. I dont really care. Have your fun.

 

Lol, I really dont find myself talking about Meyers much at all.

 

I wish I could believe that Blazer fans were capable of that. When we drafted Meyers, 1080 had a draft call in show and I heard some of the nastiest shit ever. It was basically just a hint of what was to come for the next seven years.

 

Well, I have an opinion on ML, but my guess is everyone does at this point. I certainly dont hate the guy. Tonight he played pretty good!

 

I never thought I would say this, but.....I actually think he's playing better right now than ever before. Mind you, he's still WAY overpaid, and he's not playing much.....but when he does play, it seems like this quicker tempo meshes well with him.

Or maybe it's finally clicking together for him after 6 years.....maybe.

 

I thought he looked better last year, I know that’ll sound stupid.
If he could stop thinking and just play I think he could be an ok back up big.

 

I respectfully disagree....I think he had his moments last year for sure, but I think OVERALL, he's more consistent thus far in this season. Perhaps that's what Stotts worked on: consistency. Perhaps that's why some of us are more impatient than others, because we're not used to seeing consistency by the whole team? Perhaps we're too used to judging individual players?

What a brain wave. I need to think more on this.

 

I don't like making fun of Stotts. Even if I disagree with some of his coaching.

 

Why not?

 

He's a good person. I don't like making fun of good people.

 

And again....I'm not teasing him as a PERSON. Like I said: I wouldn't tease the guy if he was helping children at a cancer charity.

I'm teasing him as a COACH.

Personally, I'm quite certain he's a good person with a good heart and good character. But that's not what I watch him for. I watch him to coach our team.
