The team sucked the last 2 months. To expect there to be only positive threads is foolish. Lets be realistic about the times we were in my friend.

I understand. Its been a rough season, not that, that is an excuse. There are some things with the team that are frustrating... Some things are fun though, Dames been amazing, Trent is growing into a baller, Little has looked good. I found myself in a cycle of the same arguments day after day and kinda stopped posting it was pointless no one was budging half the time I didnt know what the argument was I just knew that some minute detail in some stupid comment we were at odds over... so yes I get it.

Again, hard year especially after last year, but some positives and you bet when Nurk comes back Im gonna be so excited even if he flat out sucks for a while, will just be happy he’s back.

Top 15, probably. Im okay with that. Its funny cause youre one of my all time favorite posters.

I dunno, I'll make lemonade out of lemons on most things in my life... Sports, it doesnt really matter. At the end of the day I dont lose sleep over it. I get upset and frustrated in the moment, sure. Which i think is what people fail to correlate especially in game threads. "Its always so negative." Well yeah, if we suck and we dont score or play defense or our coach is a box of rocks, it happens.

I Will say this: after amazing games and amazing shots and amazing play (I.e. .9 and the wave) theres no more positive people than this place.

If people want to be negative, let em. No sweat off my back. If the team sucks let your frustrations out. I dont lose sleep if we suck. I do lose sleep if we win though.

I love having you here, Doug. Youre an amazing part of this community. But when it comes to the blazers, we run the gamut. And thats perfectly fine.

there are negative fans here; But for every nega-blazer, there's a sunshine pumper. Different sides of the same coin; and it's kind of loopy for one side of the coin to be bitching about the other side

This is bullshit. Melo’s been good for us. He’s just in a shooting slump. He’s creating good shots and has gotten Trent a lot of open shots. He’s playing good D. He’s rebounding. The negativity on this thread is bullshit. He isn’t washed up and he shouldn’t be demeaned as being sent to the glue factory. Fuck you. He wants to retire here and he hit a game winner against Toronto that could ultimately decide our fate. Fuck you negative posters. Fuck You.

    Hello darkness, my old friend
There were probably twenty threads enthusing over Lillard in the past few weeks. Because he was freebasing pure awesome directly into his veins.

Anthony's been terrible. A thread discussing that seems reasonable. Just as it's reasonable to go on and on about Lillard turning into the greatest player since sliced bread. (Sliced bread, granted, played before the modern era.)

ok...I get it...you're pissed-off. But I have no clue who you're pissed-of at, and for what. If you're going to lob a bunch of fuck you's into the thread, then at least identify the you's that are to be fucked, and why

You consider him one of “our players” I don’t. I’m just waiting for him to leave so our players can get on with it.

He sucks and he’s hurting our team IMO.
    I’ll cheer when he’s gone.

IMO... he’s hurting our team being on our team. He’s a low efficiency, high profile player who demands shots. IMO... losing Melo will help our team. I want the Blazer’s to get better and win as much as you do which is WHY I want him gone. It’s not negativity. It’s an opinion that differs from yours about what helps / hurts our team.

Not shooting better than Turner? That is a much worse comparison than I thought it would be. Given Turner's better defense and passing, for Melo to be in Turner's neighborhood on offense is.....offensive.

He’s getting some good looks and missing. He’s also getting bad looks and shooting them anyway. Smart players turn down bad looks. He’s missing wildly and getting rim checked a lot too. His TS% is hovering just above 50% which is horrific to begin with and he’s been over his head from 3. When his 3 comes back down to earth, he could easily go sub TS 50% which is unthinkable for any but defensive specialists.

He’s taking PT and stunting PT and development of our young guys. If we were unfortunate enough to have two Melo kinda players Trent would probably still be an unknown quantity.

Why don't you turn it around by defending Carmelo? Let's hear what you have to say. "He's ours, we should love him unconditionally"?

You have to admit he has been looking tired. He has been an asset for sure. I feel when they get Collins back he will be a great spark off the bench and when used in game situations he will be very effective. There will be perfect times to have that post up threat. There will be teams that just matchup better with him on the court.

I don't watch complete games now, but from what i've been watching he gets a lot of shit "Save us" shots at the end of the shot clock.
