But a lot of us love basketball so isn't it rather selfish of you? As it was already said, if you don't like it then don't watch.
Before I watch hockey, yes. I wouldn't bother supporting a team of a sport I could give two shits about.
I would be happy with Football or Baseball! I am actually quite amazed that we don't have either of those in this town by now. I feel the whole organization needs to blown up and start over fresh. New coach, GM, President, and maybe even an owner if that's what it takes. We are just treading water lately, it does get tiring. I wouldn't go so far as saying move the team out of here though. I think having another sports franchise in this town would take a little of the heat off the Blazers also...and Soccer doesn't count
Anyone else find it amusing that Kingspeed is telling Nate he is making a knee jerk reaction based on one loss? A little projection going on? Season Over!
Wow. Not many, considering I spend half my free time here reading you OCD Blazers fans post n'importe quoi, as Nico might say.
So do you want to share, or just hog the happy news for yourself? How was it debunked? I thought I proved it.
I, too, would trade the blazers for an NHL franchise in a heart beat. The NHL wants to be here. Paul Allen is the single reason they are not. He is doing more negative to this city than positive. A lot of people don't realize this. Portland cannot have an nfl team as long as Allen owns the blazers and Seahawks. The nfl mandates that no nfl team can be moved or located in a city that has a franchise owned by a person owning an nfl team in a different market. On top of that, Allen pushed hard to not have a baseball stadium build at the MC site and really didn't want the timbers jumping to mls. While some think Allen is a Portland sports god, I see him as the reason Portland is not growing as a sports city. So, either rid the blazers or let them have a new owner.
