It was a reverse layup but he really should have made it.

With 6:45 left in the first, Knicks shoot their first FT's of the game.

    32/32 6:38 left in the 2nd

Cavs and Knicks are playing good basketball, its not high scoring as I thought it would be. Marbury is starting off slow, but he'll heat up later. Knicks seem to be spreading the ball around, and Cavs are mostly getting help from JAmes and Z.

I like the Knicks and what Thomas has done with them...if Houston were playing I guarantee you that the Knicks would be playing much better.

Marbury's back in now, lets see what he can do.

Cavs up 44/40 @ the half

    Z has 18 and 11!

James has 9 points and an assist

Marbury has 4, 2, and 5, but is only 2-14 from the field

Boozer has 8 and 8, looks like he has bounced back

Cavs shot 38.5% while the Knicks shot 35%

    Both teams have 26 boards

Knicks have outscored us in the paint 28 to 16

I want more from McInnis, Williams, and Wagner in this 2nd half

If we can take away some of the Knicks boards, we sould be able to win this one. Cav's are looking good so far.

We gave up waaay too many offensive rebounds in the first half. Hopefully we can keep feeding it to Z in the post and Boozer can keep cleaning up the glass.

Someone tell LeBron that he needs to NOT fade backwards on wide open shots.

The Knicks don't have anyone that can guard Z. We should keep feeding him and Booz in the 2nd half. We're getting to the FT line, so keep pounding the ball down low.

I'm sure someone is going to work with LJ on that in the off season CBBI.

Z is doing great against Mutombo. Great stuff on Boozer from Big Mount. I would kill to see Bron smash one in his face then give him the finger taunt.

I like the pace we are at, this is Cavalier road basketball. We can't expect Marbury to stay this cold though and we have our dreaded 3rd quarter coming up. Nedd to keep giving it to Z and box out a lot more at the defensive end.

When the game picks up, James must attack the rack and get to the line, he is a temo setter.

I hope the 3rd quarter begins with typical Silas philosophy: go into the post. Let's hope Big Z keeps it up and forces the Knicks to change their defense, which could make things easier for other Cavaliers' players.

    18 free throws to 2?

We have to keep capitalizing on that!

I look for Stephon to improve from the 1st half. Z is shooting 8-10 and they got to do something to stop that.

Look out for Marbury in the second half.

Does anyone else not like Al Michaels as a basketball announcer besides me? When I hear his voice, I just look for Mellissa Stark with the sideline report. He's a football announcer, get in where you fit in. IMO

And Doc Rivers as a color man? That's the best you can do? Where's Bill Walton?!

Cavs are taking command, lead 54/44

Z has 20 and 12 and will be going to the line for one more.

James has 14 now and one sick highlight reel shot.

    7:54 left in the 3rd

    Stop the hate on Bill!

He has annoyed me to the point where it's funny now. He makes the game fun to watch, just to hear what he's gonna say next. Everything's about fundamentals, playing the game the way it's meant to be played, perimeter shooters, strokin it, and of course, "throwin it down!". It's like Barkley, he's annoying at times but entertaining none the less.
