So ... Eliot Williams/Nolan Smith vs. Crawford. Who you got by game 30?

Felton and Crawford combined for 3 of 19.

Just by that post game interview you can really tell how much this team likes playing together. Wallace jokingly throwing the towel over Matthews head and Camby walking by saying he played great tonight. Gotta love it.

You don't get it. If you let starters a sigh of relief that early, subs come in, and cut the lead to 10 with three minutes to play, starters maybe have to come back. Then starters are cold. And we possibly lose. I remember us blowing a 24 point home lead and losing to over a Posey-led Grizzlies back in the Pippen days. It was awful. Notice that doesn't happen anymore? Be happy.

It's really Nolan vs Crawford since someone has to be the backup PG

    And Crawford by a mile

Man Felton and his blown layups, and crawfords forced shots. Still like them better than miller and Fernandez. I suspect their game will go close to their averages.

Felton I don't really mind, because he's mostly missing chippies right at the rim and I think he actually does a decent job of running the point (most of the time), Crawford ...

I'd rather have Crawford and Felton than Miller and Rudy. Even with these abyss type shooting nights.

I'm all for trading Batum btw

He'll never be a go-to player. He just doesn't have it in him. Gibson was guarding him, Batum tried to post him up and the play resulted in a turnover

I'm all for including him in a package for a PG at some point

    Btw

Chris Paul is a pretty good comparison for Irving

Idk if Irving has the same bball IQ, but their games look eerily similar to me

With these added vets, he's timid, for sure. I think he'll eventually shake out of it, though. The season's still early? :)

He just looks the same as he always has, and that's pretty much a decent/nice player. Average starter at best.

He needs to show the skill to be able to put the ball on the floor and make plays happen to be considered anything more. And no, I don't care what he did against Eurotrash.
