You're enamored with Centers who lack basketball intelligence I take it?

uh, if we're going for headcase centers, let's just trade for Boogie Cousins.

Really, that's the best idea I've seen here. At least he still has a year left on his rookie deal and would be an RFA. He's not exactly a defender, but he has inside skills and can rebound with size.

Does Sacramento have a say in this? And they're going to give you their one decent player because?

Or $11.44 million on Jordan who plays 25 minutes a game for the Clippers.

I'm enamored with centers that can actually play center, guard centers, and play defense.

    Shocker, I know.

Love how half of you are on the advanced stats dick riding it like a pogo stick, but the stats say DeAndre and Javale are the exact type of centers we are looking for yet you guys are vehemently against it.

Also, lets not act like we have a bunch of options regarding our center position - and we are banking on Meyers (who doesn't have the greatest BBIQ either, might I add) to become something.

    Fucking pathetic.

Childish insults aside, McGee is a garbage defender that happens to block shots because he leaves his man all the time. There's a reason why he can't even sniff the court for 20 minutes a game.

    D rtg 102.

SIgnificantly better than anyone else on our team in the post.

Koufos plays 22 mpg. He must suck too.

Larry sanders plays 28. He sucks.

Mozgov plays 8 minutes a game and a lot of people clearly want him.

Stop cherry picking arguments (not you specifically) but everyone.

Minutes are an issue? So where they with Omer Asik and Marcin Gortat. Dalembert is injured/doesnt play and is a one year guy at best. Mozgov doesnt play (Mcgee plays more but people say javale only plays 2pmpg for a reaaon...just like timofey plays 8 for a reason)

He is "bad". Advanced stats and PER disagree. Sure he goes for some questionable blocks sometimes... but he gets them fairly often or alters the shot because he is so athletic. He rebounds well also.

His contract is too big: welcome to the NBA half decent big men will get obnoxious contracts

I'm on board with you on McGee. I have been swinging from the McGee jock for quite some time. I still think he hasn't been put in the right scenario. In Washington, he didn't have that scoring PF that allows for him to use his athletic ability. In Denver, there isn't a demand for double guy either. I think pairing him with Aldridge will be the best blessing.
