Congratulations Basx on reaching the Super Bowl. I expect you guys to win, I don't see the Cardinals posing much threat to you guys. I hope it is a good game.

I wonder if there could be another Cinderella story this year with the Cardinals upsetting the Steelers?

I have a gut feeling about them, but I'm going with my head on this one.

So I think the world is officially coming to an end. The Arizona Cardinals are in the Super Bowl. Wow. I'm actually still in shock and awe.

By the way, do you think Reid is gone Brian? Just curious about your thoughts now that they've lost a 4th NFC title game under his coaching.

Honestly I don't even know what to think of this question.

Reid and McNabb are correlated, or at least IMO. If one goes, I'm willing to bet the other leaves as well. If Reid goes, my guess is McNabb gets traded, and I don't want that to happen. I'm kind of torn...

But as for whether or not he will be fired, there's a chance, but unless he steps down I don't see it happening. I gave the team a lot of crap today for losing; but now that I'm over it, I'm proud of them for stepping up and playing hard when their backs were against the wall. How many people actually thought the Eagles were going to make it this far? I think that alone gives Reid some extra leverage. So to answer the question, I think he stays. But I believe there's going to be some shakeup with the roster this offseason, should be interesting.

I have a feeling McNabb is done on Philly. He didn't have a particularly good post-season.

I think Philly would be stupid to get rid of Reid or McNabb. McNabb might not have had the best postseason, but it certainly wasn't bad enough to jettison him (especially with no real backup ready to fill his shoes). The fact is that he still had a very good season, despite a lot of drama surrounding the team. Both he and Westbrook have been holding up a very mediocre offense for a few years now.

The criticism for Reid is a little more justified IMO, but I still don't think you should try to force him out over his questionable playcalling. That guy's still a fixture for that franchise. He's brought in excellent talent year after year. He commands the respect of his players. And he's got a tight relationship with arguably the best D-coordinator in the NFL. Ideally, you could convince him to be less hands-on with the in-game coaching.

McNabb should stay, I don't really care for Reid.

Eagles need to make a splash and somehow acquire a #1 target. I would die for a Boldin/Fitz and the Cards have both!

    Hands off! He's ours!

I saw him jawing at his coordinator today. He's absolutely ripe for the picking.

Are you kidding me? The guy fell down so he grabbed Curtis' legs. He probably did it thinking it would be called, but he figured it would be better than giving up a TD on that play.

Nah, the Cards had 3 receivers reach 1,000 yards this past year. They have to get rid of one, there's too good a return involved. I think Boldin's the odd man out.

If the play occurred on the other side of the field (the PI) their would have been a flag.
