I thought of that. But it's not a couple years. Its this remaining season and next season. Then July of 2017, you're gonna be left with a declining Frye at age 34 out of a contract. Instead of a possibly overpaid, improving Leonard at age 25. Easy decision tbh.
I hope he puts up 25/15 on March 23rd in ya FACE !!!! Harkless hasnt done anything for us though and has been moved to the end of the bench basically. There is no value in Harkless for us currently, so maybe they saw the same?
Meh both of these stats are so team driven and who is around these guys, and who they face. Plus Leonard's early season slump killed him on O.
was just going by this: http://www.basketball-reference.com/players/f/fryech01.html But do they only show 2 yrs at a time? Does mention the 4yr deal but not when that kicked in. I might be wrong then.
34 is a bit out of our curve....on second thought, I don't think I'd give up youth for 34 year old Frye..initially made me happy but that's more because I just like the guy.
Friendly wager? Does Meyers get shipped out, or resign with the Blazers? Shipped out can either be a trade or just signing with another team and we don't match. I think he stays. I think his rare skill set is more valuable than ever in todays game ( wish he would be more consistent), he is young and still on the upside and I don't think the Blazers want another Will Barton scenario. What would you like to wager?
Thats the best thing Ive ever seen. LMA would make us a worse team than if we resign Leonard!!!! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHHAHAHA
League sources confirm the Milwaukee Bucks have made Greg Monroe and Michael Carter-Williams available in a trade as @GeryWoelfel reported.
How does the minimum salary cap effect how much cap space we have available. In other words is the amount we have available calculated from the league minimum? Which we are below? So maybe adding Frye does not effect our cap space since we are so far under? Would Frye 's salary make us go over that minimum? What is the minimum number?
