Typical class from heat fans. Already chanting refs you suck. They should be praising the refs for giving them a championship.

"Oh, Wade got babied!" "The Finals were fixed!" Blah blah, shut up. If Dallas won and the same calls went the other way you would have never said that.EDIT: Another thing I will be doing in these game threads, that I just thought of, is a little Rookie Watch section.
So far the bulls playing great defense. It would a great win for the bulls to start off this season 1-0. Refs have been good so far in this game but these refs were not Stern picked. lol
Some notes from the first half:-Tyrus Thomas and Ben Wallace down low are looking REAL good.-Wade, despite 5 TO's, has shot the ball real well, and has gotten everyone wide open looks that they just aren't hitting.-Shaq looks like the Shaq that got outplayed by Erik Dampier in the Finals.-The Bulls look young and fast, Miami looks old and slowwwwww.Waiting for the Lakers game and the "Lights Out" Staples Center! Oh....and #24.
alright lets finally start taking the bulls seriously... THEY DOMINATE THIS GAME... its almost a 30 point game
I have instantly become a bulls fan after this game. Ben Wallace is a beast and the bulls are very deep. They are spoiling ring night. lol
Wow, just wow... I would be extremely pissed off if I was a Miami Heat fan. How can you come out on championship ring night and suck it up that much? No emotion... no will to win... no energy... nothing whatsoever. Just disgusting.

Oh....and #24.
Kobe isn't playing man, I just found out: http://realgm.com/src_wiretap_archives/430...versus_phoenix/But wow, Chicago is simply owning this first half. Are they doing great offensively? Eh, so-so. But defensively, they are dominating. People were doubting people's decision to put the Bulls as a top 2 team in the East, I put them at #2 myself, but they are for real. This team is a lock-down defensive team, especially inside. The Bulls are out-running the Heat, out-rebounding the Heat, locking them down defensively, drawing fouls and hitting their free throws, and everyone is bringing great hustle/energy. The result: a 29 point lead on the world champs at halftime.- Luol Deng is looking good. He's hitting his open jumpers, he's really running the floor, and he's rebounding the ball well.- Tyrus Thomas looked good when he was out there. He had a nasty putback dunk (wow, the extension on that was incredible), he's rebounding, and he's blocked a couple shots.- Kirk Hinrich is playing beautiful basketball on both ends of the floor.- PJ Brown is doing great defensively.- Big Ben is being Big Ben.- Chris Duhon really brought a lot of energy off the bench, as did Viktor Khryapa.
I just got back from a Halloween party, turned on the TV and I thought I heard Ernie Johnson say the Bulls had a 29 point lead.I assumed I misunderstood him. Turns out I was wrong.WOW, What a blowout.
Ugh, we're playing sluggish. Hopefully Riley cracked a whip during half time. Also, our thin guard depth is killing us, especially with Wade in early foul trouble. Chris Quinn is being forced into big playing time, which isn't working. Just another reason why I would love to pickup Jalen Rose.
As I said before, despite Miami getting trampled, Wade has looked real good. Shooting great %, lots of jumpers going down, 2 3 pointers, and he should have about 15 assists by now.
lol, I just got back. 80-51? :HAHAHA: Well I predicted a Chicago win. Time for some underage drinking.
Well, this game was all Chicago from the start of the 2nd quarter on. They really owned Miami. The Bulls showed that they are one of the best defensive teams in the NBA, and they locked down the paint. They were running, they outrebounded Miami, and they shot a pretty good percentage from the floor despite the rough start.Miami- Dwyane Wade was good tonight offensively. He was the only one really bringing energy and knocking down shots. He poured in 25 points and shot a very high percentage, he even hit a couple three's.- Shaq/Toine/Haslem combined for 9-28 from the feild - not good. Hence Chicago's great interior defense.- I thought Payton actually played pretty solid, he made some good defensive plays. The thing is his age, he's not up-tempo enough anymore to stay with these young players. In a half-court set, he's still a very good defender, but with the way the Bulls were running tonight he couldn't keep up.- Not only did the starters struggle and get shut down (excluding Wade), the Miami bench did close to nothing. Signing Jalen Rose looks like a good move.Chicago- Kirk Hinrich played excellent ball tonight. He shot an excellent percentage, he ran, he played good defense, and he knocked down his open three's. He deserved all that money he got.- Luol Deng didn't play much in the 2nd half due to the blowout, but in the first half he played well. He knocked down his open shots from the side, he hustled and got a couple easy buckets on the break, and he rebounded the ball.- Big Ben and Brown played excellent low-post defense as usual, and they really controlled the paint. Ben got his 11 boards and PJ played great defense.- Nocioni rebounded the ball very well (11), and hit some jumpers. He's going to be a top candidate for 6th Man of the Year this year (I actually have him winning it).- Chris Duhon was excellent tonight off the bench. He brought a lot of energy, knocked down a lot of shots, only missed once (20 points on 7-8 shooting). It's a shame he re-injured that right foot though, I'm curious to see if he'll be available tomorrow night.- Tyrus Thomas and Thabo Sefolosha looked really good. Thomas played good defense, blocked a couple shots, rebounded well, ran Antoine Walker around, and he had a nasty highlight (putback dunk). Thabo showed that he's going to be a player. He played good defense, hit some 20 footers, and he played the point for about 5 minutes and handled it pretty well.Great game by Chicago, but for the Heat that was DISGUSTING.
bulls win 108 - 66worst season-opener loss ever for a defending campionben wallace looked goodhinrich proved his extension was worth itben gordon was off, but he will regain his scoring abilitytyrus thomas was flipping awesome     :worthy: :worthy: :worthy: :worthy: wade wasn't badeveryone else on the Heat stunk tonight
Like Mo said, not a good night to be a Heat fan. No energy, slow play, just looked like no one had the heart to play today. I'm not worried though, I actually thought Chicago would win this one, with a younger, quicker team I expected them to come out playing tougher then the Heat. Just one game out of 82, nothing serious to be worried about. Not to mention we had a slow start last year as well and never really got our chemistry together, even in the playoffs it showed.I can't believe Kobe isn't playing :no3:
A great game for Chicago...wow, who saw that Tyrus Thomas put back dunk...that came out of no where. This defense reminds me of the Pistons...I miss defense......and Ben Wallace...and Larry Brown.damn. I'm the newest Bulls fan btw.
I wonder if the Bulls will have good chemistry this year! Thabo looked really good, as did Tyrus Thomas. I knew Thomas would be a player. I guess we'll have to see how LaMarcus is for comparisonal porpoises.

I watched the 2nd half of this game, Thabo Sefolosha looked really good. I'm not sure on his exact numbers but he didn't miss a single shot when I seen him play.Chris Duhon played a pretty good game, 20 points on nearly perfect shooting.
