I identify the US as RESPONSIBLE for the Iraqi people. It's international law. The blood of all Iraqis, since Bush decided to occupy and since Obama's surrender are on our hands.

I have made it abundantly clear my use of the term is 100% correct. It's demonstrable. No will to fight. In a hurry to run away. No consideration of the cost. Abandoned our weapons on the battlefield. The enemy owns all the territory we had gained and controlled. That's surrender, plain and simple.
