It's kinda entertaining just how inept the right is at bribing, considering all the years they accused others of that.

Is there a response yet on what McConnells reasoning is for why Thomas shouldn’t be impeached?

nope, and there won't be. He knows, as does the GOP, if they ignore something long enough, the country moves on to the next random thing to keep us occupied for 15 minutes.

The writer (I think in National Review) who said there was nothing unethical about Thomas' trips on the yacht did not disclose he was on those same trips.

BREAKING: A blockbuster new report reveals there were “serious omissions” in the Senate investigation of Brett Kavanaugh.

While the the 2018 GOP led investigation found there was “no evidence” behind claims of sexual assault of the then nominee, new evidence has emerged that the report omitted.

A new documentary contains a never-before-heard recording of a Yale graduate, Max Stier, describing a separate alleged incident in which he said he witnessed Kavanaugh expose himself at a party at Yale. It gets worse.

“Stier wanted to tell the FBI anonymously during the confirmation process that he had allegedly witnessed Kavanaugh’s friends push the future judge’s penis into the hand of a female classmate at a party,” reports the Guardian.

“While Republicans on the Senate committee were reportedly made AWARE of his desire to submit information to the FBI, he was NOT interviewed by the committee’s Republican investigators,” the report concludes.

This PROVES the Republican investigation into Brett Kavanaugh was a SHAM.

    We NEED to know: -

Who paid off Brett Kavanaugh’s $200,000 credit card debt? -

Who paid off his $92,000 country club fees? -

Who paid his $1.2 million mortgage to purchase themselves a SCOTUS seat?

There must be accountability or our laws mean nothing.

Shouldn’t there be a REAL investigation into Brett Kavanaugh?

and that difference can easily be summed by the words "supreme court seat".

Supreme Court to hear major case on limiting the power of federal government, a long-term goal of legal conservatives

Are they changing the design though? I'll be the first to admit, I'm no legal scholar, but the landscape of our judiciary seems to be changing pretty drastically.

Not disagreeing, clearly the conservative activist Beef Superme Court is fully intentioned to destroy any credibility it has left, and is deadset on destroying any rationale approach to ruling on the cases before it. My point is that the Beef Supreme Court has no actual authority in and of itself to enforce the rulings it makes, they are reliant on the Executive to enforce said rulings. If they continue to go off the deep end, it is going to become easier for Biden or some future Democratic president to just start ignoring their rulings entirely. It's a slippery slope, but the Beef Supreme Court is only effective and their power is only manifested as the other branches of the government continue to abide by their rulings.

Still doesn't matter to them, since they overturned RVW. They didn't care, don't care , and will never care, about how it happened, just THAT it happened.

And Thomas, who has a net worth of 7 figures, could easily have afforded private school tuition.
