We had no Pierce, or Wally, you didn't have LBJ. You lost, I'm sure LBJ has gotten those sort of calls before at that stage of a game, suck it up and go to the playoffs.

Cavsrules, chill out, man.. Cavs already clinched a playoff berth, so who really cares? All you can do now is just credit Boston's young players for getting this win.

NY= More money for Lebron and Lebron wants to be sports first billionaire and he's also good friends with Jay-Z even though Jay-Z doesn't own the KNicks. He'll still be close. Boston might be a playoff team next year when they get Durant or Oden.

Are Cavs fan's complaining about losing a regular season game becuase someone traveled?

Remember last year's playoffs, game three? I sure do [IMG]

Anyways, a month ago I would hate the refree's when they would make a bad call but bad calls will be made on both ends of the floor. I made a thread about how Antawn Jamison did not commit an offensive foul that cost the Wizards the game against the Heat. You gotta learn that ref's will not see everything and games will be lost and won becuase of it. Just gotta live through it.

I'm just laughing at the arguments in this thread. [IMG] Chill out Cavsrules. You're complaining about one travel, note that you DO have LeBron James on your roster. You should be the last one complaining about a travel call.

But you got to hand it to our young players tonight, they played great team ball and they really played well down the stretch of the game. Sure, no LeBron, but we had no Pierce and you have to give credit to our young guns. The perimeter players did excellent and our bigs were passing the ball beautifully. We rebounded well and we RAN! Hey Doc, see what happens when this team runs? I'm not even just talking about tonight's game, I'm talking about the past few games. We've been running, and look how well we are playing. I find it ridiculous that it took Doc about 67-68 games to realize/utilize this.

    Player-by-Player Analysis
Gerald Green had an awesome night. He was shooting the ball well, sure, but he was very aggressive. The one thing I loved about Gerald's game the most, tonight, was that he utilized his in-between/mid-range game. Tommy talks about it all the time, and I have always agreed with him. When Gerald attacks and takes advantage of his in-between game, he is VERY effective. He did that tonight, and he did a hell of a job.

Perk was phenomenal tonight. Absolutely beautiful game by Perk. I can't say it enough, Perk has been GREAT in the past 3-4 weeks. When he's healthy, he can do this. He has lost some weight and that has taken some pressure off that foot. He's much more mobile now, like last season, and his defense has been awesome. His rebounding has been awesome. His passing.. well, that has been GREAT. I am 100% convinced that Kendrick Perkins is one of the best passing centers in the league, no question about it. Keep up the good work, Perk!

Big Al was Big Al. He displayed a solid low-post game and he utilized his quickness advantage. He was scoring on the block as usual and he was blocking shots like crazy. He didn't rebound as well as he normally does, but you have to give credit to guys like Gooden/Z/Varejao for that. They are terrific rebounders, and they did a good job of keeping him off the glass as best as they could. Rondo got in there and stole a lot of boards as well. Big Al played well tonight, and the kid is surely going to be in All-Star consideration next season.

Gomes had himself an excellent game tonight, as well. He played some 3, some 4, and he did well at both positions on both ends of the floor. Luckily for Ryan and Gerald, they didn't have to put up with King James tonight, but that's besides the point. Gomes did an excellent job on both ends of the floor, James or no James. He was banging on the boards, playing solid 1-on-1 defense, contesting shots, knocking down that mid-range jumper, running the floor, and taking it strong to the basket. Gomes is Battier 2.0 (maybe not quite as good a defender, but the same kind of player).

Rondo played a nice game as well. Now, he should have penetrated a bit more than the did, but he did do a nice job defensively tonight. I was surprised with how well he defended Hughes early on, because of the size mismatch. I didn't expect him to do all that well on Hughes, but he did a very creditable job. He was also fighting on the boards, as usual, rising high for some and tracking down some long rebounds. He brought all the intangibles, as usual, and pushed the ball nicely. I wish he'd take more shots though, especially at this point in the season. Work on the weaknesses of your game, Rondo.

D-West played beautifully off the bench. He was very efficient, he played under control, and he was knocking down shots. He didn't even play as much as he usually does, due to how well Gerald was playing, but he played great in the limited minutes he did get. This could be a preview of what we see from Delonte next season: 20-25 quality minutes off the bench as our 3rd guard. He would be great in that role, in my opinion.

The Powe Show was banging his body around, nothing out of the ordinary. Ray did nothing special, except track down one long pass and come up with a nice steal. Bassy didn't play all that much, but he had a BEAUTIFUL assist to Big Al and he was moving his feet well defensively.

Cavs Rule it's okay to be hyped up about a call and stuff, but you can't expect sympathy in the Celtics forum.

It would be smart for him to go to New York.Oden will head to the draft, and so will Durant.
