It's not junior high. It's been said many times. Before the fucking lockdown at one center court it was told to me personally by former employees. We differ. You havevthe bigger penis. Youre the prettiest girl at the dance.
Oh ok someone told you. Just like someone told you the Blazers would be active at the deadline. So definitely factual. Got it.
I don't doubt that Buchanon probably identified Dame as a potential pick. But Neil was hired around June 4th and Lillard worked out for the Blazers on June 15th and the draft was on June 28th. My guess is Neil knew about Dame too, as every GM did, and wanted him as well. I just have a hard time believing that it was set in stone by June 4th before Dame even worked out for the team. That is kind of early for a final decision to be made. But I guess it is possible that PA and Neil agreed to let the current scout team make the final decision since Neil was late to the party. (But then why not the 11th pick too?) Still you would think he would say something if he disagreed with the choice. http://www.oregonlive.com/blazers/i...raft_damian_lillard_on_his_predraft_work.html
I'm not really sure I see the point in returning to Alexander. Should Ed Davis return to his 15-16 form, he should be the first big off the bench for Portland next year.. Well Unless Portland is able to convince a David West type to sign for the vet minimum to chase a ring.
Does that sound like Neil to you though? Let the scouting team (not even his btw) make the decision? Come on. It's also pretty crazy to think that he would delegate his first (and maybe most important) decision.
That doesn't really confirm MMs "team is trying to make the playoffs" story though. Besides everyone knew the situation with Ezeli.
He got me. I'm just an old man wanting to be liked. It's guys like you that keep anyone with minimal knowledge of the team, like myself, from posting rumors
Point flew over your head? I'm not really questioning whether you have sources or not, just that what you are told, isn't always factual. And this Olshey/Lillard story that you were told or whatever, just doesn't check out. Sorry.
Alexander seems to have figured out, "hey, I'm bigger and stronger than just about everyone here!" http://dleague.nba.com/games/20170306/linrgv/ (Oh, and Quarterman got a bunch of assists. But Long Island lost again.)
At this point I would gladly swap out Leonard for Alexander. I would swap out davis too honestly. I think we have seen the best of Davis unfortunately.
I am suprise someone hasn't latch into him as big man. He looks like he as approve alot down there and yes I would pick him over ML. He has great foot work down and can shoot out to 15 to 16 feet. Rebounds really well and looks like in better condition. Will maybe he land some where's next year.
I would never swap Davis for Alexander....especially now that we know he's been playing with a torn shoulder all season...after he's fixed I think he'll be a great backup again.
I hope we at least invite him to training camp next season, he deserves another shot and still really young
