Most of the time I'm wearing Polo's anywhere from AE to Abercrombie. But yeah, I'll rock anything that looks good on me. I got tons of jerseys that I try to match with my shoes.

With shoes I usually wear dunk-lows, converse weapons or Chuck Taylor's.

I went through an era were I really wore a lot of throw backs, baggy cloths, etc. Now I'm kind of working my GQ look a little more I were some button ups, polos, still wear ecko, rocawear, etc. on occasion but not nearly as much as I use to.

Well when I'm home I'm usually in Jordan shorts n a NBA t-Shirt or NFL. I like Polo n Lacoste but some bright colors like pink, I also got a lime green n yellow horizontal stripe lacoste, turqouise polo stuff like that. I wear button ups from A&F n Lacoste too. Shoes, I like Jordans and Nike shoes but to go out, Lacoste and the Adidas Goodyear shoes.

I remember when I was in grade 9 and 10 everyone was into the whole GANGSTAR look. I'm talkin matching jerseys with shoes, oversized hats , oversized shirts, shoes with 50 different color lace combos, pants way too baggy, etc.

Luckily, I didn't really dress this way when I was younger, but "tried to" anyway, if that makes sense. However, somewhere in grade 10 I realized how ridiculously stupid this whole "gangster era" of dressing was. Although I didn't know much, I started rocking more polos towards the end of grade 10 and decided I'd rather look clean and cut than oversized and gangster. Grade 11 was more of an experimentation year, and I bought a bunch of different types of shirts and what not, but basically, my look has settled on GQ now. I haven't rocked a jersey or anything having to do with the old "gangster dressing" fascination in a LOOOOOOONG time (and I used to love wearing jerseys).

My style is usually a half-sleeve polo with a coordinating undershirt, and dark jeans with white shoes. I have gino styled hair usually (I almost always gel it; not TOO much gel though, just enough to look hot [IMG]) and I'll also rock a soccer-band (as I call them, I don't know what they're usually called) around my hair once in a while if I need too - it actually suits my hair so I don't really care. I also wear a lot of collar shirts, usually with a sweater or a half-sweater over it. The whole polo and dressing GQ thing is actually quite popular up here now and I'm glad most of my friends have moved out of that gangster phase and are dressing proper.

I wish I came to that realization back then. I'm more of a casual/GQ similar to like you, now and plan on keeping it that way.

I went from wearing xl/xxl to medium and large. It feels nicer to wear those sizes especially now since I'm more cut and muscular.

Pretty much thats what I wear too. I'll usually t-shirts with jeans, some skate shoes, and a hoodie if its cold. No brand names plastered in huge letters on me, no preppy clothes, just plain-ass t-shirts with jeans/shorts/dickies and some Adio or DCs (sometimes Adidas or Ipath). Sometimes I wear hats, Raiders or Warriors jerseys, button up shirts, or zip up hooded jackets.

I'm not really into big brand name designers like Hugo Boss and others specifically because most of them don't have the quality for the price I'm paying for them. Not to make fun of those that do wear them, that's cool, some of the big designer clothing looks good, but for me it isn't something I'd buy.

You'd end up finding me in my own style of clothes from regular brands though I won't just pick up anything, it has to look good. I like to buy authentic ice hockey jerseys though those run higher then a Nintendo Wii these days. I just bought one in September but the quality is worth the price for me.

I think the only brands I often pick out over others would have to be Vans and Merril shoes and boots. I also love Adidas and Puma sportswear, but really only the quality of their Rugby and Footy pro team gear. I will always put my trust in CCM.

I'm exactly the same as you, went through the whole "gangsta" phase, with the XXL shirts, Basketball jerseys etc. but now wear much more stylish clothing. I wear Medium and Small shirts now, same reason as you, more cut, more of a body to flaunt, lol.

One thing I've learnt in life is that is appearance is everything, for instance, if you go to a job interview wearing baggy shorts down to your ankles and a shirt thats 4 sizes too big, people wont hire you at all, regardless of how qualified you may be. That kind of stuff says "criminal" to them.
