"Cloverfield" I don`t know if you guys heard about this, but for those who saw Transformers, you saw the trailer. The movie nicknamed "Cloverfield" or "1-18-08" is about a "supposedly" monster attack in New York City. He`s really trying to keep the movie secret. The trailer that was shot on a video camera is on YouTube unless Paramount Pictures didn`t remove it. That definitely looks interesting. I just hope with all this mystery, this movie turns out to be a blast rather than a bust. I'm going to keep my eye on this.
I actually didn't see this when I saw Transformers as I'm assuming it has been pulled because of the widespread acclaim it's gotten. I saw it the day before Transformers on YouTube and it looks nothing short of amazing. Hopefully it'll live up to the expectations. Especially for a young director like JJ.
I saw this each time I saw Transformers and it looks cool. Granted there's not a lot to base it off right now, it does certainly look like it has promise and I can't wait to see what it is.
