Sure... We can sort of glean that from the statistics here:
    http://www.bjs.gov/content/pub/pdf/htus8008.pdf

Speaking of homicides, so Denny doesn't come at me with tickets, and drug offense profiling assumptions:

    Page 3, Table 1
for example has Victims and offenders, by demographic group, 1980–2008

    Page 11,
"In 2008, the homicide victimization rate for blacks (19.6
homicides per 100,000) was 6 times higher than the rate for
    whites (3.3 homicides per 100,000)"

"In 2008, the offending rate for blacks (24.7 off enders per
100,000) was 7 times higher than the rate for whites (3.4
    off enders per 100,000)"

I never said that. But you seem to keep dismissing the fact that black on black crime is a huge problem in your communities. The fact that blacks are 7 times more likely to commit a homicide than that of a white person, is striking.

So were moving to police brutality now and away from the original discussion tangent that we got off on? I mean, we can do that; but this article and retort is just diversion otherwise.

The NCLB Act is just about the worst thing to happen to the public school education system when it was signed into law 2001.

A lot of concerned parents are putting their children into private schools if they can afford it. Charter schools are just about the only option for low socioeconomic status students unless their parents are investing themselves into their children's education. Parents need to be aware of that and find opportunities for their children outside of the traditional public school education system.

    Triggered and fixated.

You're not listening or reading and it seems like you never do. I never said we don't have problems. We know what they are and always have. What I'm saying for the umpteenth time is we don't need white people to explain them to us, nor do we need y'all to save us. What we really need is for you to listen and care. But you're to busy:

    1. Not giving a shit.
    2. Not listening.
    3. Pretending these issues with systemic racism, white privilege, and white supremacy don't exist.
    4. Whitesplaining what we need to do when most of you live in your own community and don't see these issues firsthand.
Stopping all of the above could go a long way to curing these issues between our two demographics.

But lots of y'all (even the ones who are not overtly/covertly racist) have the privilege to simply put your fingers in your ears and say lalalalala because racism really doesn't effect you.

Oh I am listening and I care and I am reading what you write; but all you are doing is dismissing what I am pointing out and trying to project opinions onto me that I don't even have or support. You generalize so much (like assuming what race I am). I guess that's your schtick. Instead of talking about the real problems you want to talk about anecdotal one offs and fixate on these things. Plus we weren't even talking about racism, white privilege , or white supremacy. We were talking about black on black crime. You keep bringing things outside of that to try and distract from the main topic. For example I say "BLM should focus more on black on black crime if it wants to really save black lives", and you retort with "white people kill more people than any other race", except what you don't understand are the DOJ stats about the subject. You just want to keep deflecting.
