I don't think they had a valid point at all. After reading it certainly sounded like the kid told msm what he wanted to talk about and msm made his thoughts into a question. Dad then decided to throw a fit if he didn't get his way.
The point was that they wanted to say something other than what CNN wanted them to. You don't claim people are being dishonest and prove it by being dishonest.
Seen a billion videos of "news" sources orchestrating what they show on tv. From setting up fake crime scene tape to interviewing people they already know and acting like they don't know them. The CNN and Fox junkies would defend them. Imagine the local news going to a car crash and towing in 5 more wrecked cars for effect.
Not only that, he wanted to read an opening statement, then ask multiple questions, then be allowed to answer his own questions, then give a closing statement. And that was after he had submitted his original question that CNN said was fine.
That's not accurate. CNN asked the kid if he wanted to participate in a town hall and he said yes, he submitted his question and CNN said great. Then he submitted a statement, multiple questions, answers to his own questions and a closing statement. CNN asked him to use his original question. That's not scripting someone.
The horror! http://thehill.com/opinion/white-ho...mistrusted-after-falsified-trump-fish-feeding Media shows why it’s so mistrusted after falsified Trump fish-feeding ‘story’ CNN: Trump feeds fish, winds up pouring entire box of food into koi pond The CNN example includes edited video that zooms in on Trump to only show his face and prevents the viewer from seeing what Japanese Prime Minister Abe was doing at a key point of the short event. Why was Abe edited out? Perhaps because he took his entire box of fish food and dumped it into the pond. Trump followed Abe's lead and did the same seconds later.
Directing would be if everyone's statements, questions, and answers were all known in advance. They weren't. But more importantly, the accusation being made by the kid's father is that CNN was trying to make his son say something that they had written. That is not true.
This just wasn’t an attack on cnn but the libs on the forum got upset and automatically started defending cnn which I find funny because regardless of that email, their agenda obviously is using kids and pushing gun control. I mean that town hall setup wasn’t even productive, it was the weirdest and dumbest thing I have ever seen that got nothing accomplished. Plus apparently nobody can see at the end of this I point out fox too and their obvious bias towards the right and media today as a whole. Libs ignore that too. I don’t affiliate with either party but libs annoy me more than the right. The constant morale grand standing and pushing of crazy ideology. Their is no logic involved at all. At least with people on the right on the forum, they try to communicate and get their point across whether right or wrong. Libs live in a bubble though whether it be on the west coast on the city or east, they are the only ones that exist and they full on believe the bullshit they say. Yes there are a few on the right here that say some dumb shit. There are a few on the left that can be mature about shit. For the most part the gang like atitude makes it less enjoyable to post on OT as well as makes me wanna troll rather than have any discussion because none of them listen.
Look I have no love for CNN or FNN. Or any other blue or red leaning media outlets. I said previously much like Trump, CNN doesn't need this kids dad or anyone to help them look like an idiot. CNN, Trump, FNN, or any other outlet can look like an idiot just fine all by them self. However this email is completely on the dad from the looks of things. His son got the question he wanted to ask. Doesn't matter if he spoke with this lady from CNN and she helped him form his thoughts into a question. Or if he didn't need any help and was able to tell her exactly what he wanted to say. CNN comes off looking pretty good after this kids idiot father tried to make them look bad. Being that I'm calling the kids father an idiot. It's pretty clear my opinion on him. Spoiler we as adults help children who ramble form their thoughts into actual answers on their homework all the time. Some kids need help, but that's not directing nor dictating what a kid says. Cool if this kid didn't need that help
No one got upset. The only grandstanding in this thread has been you. Read your original post. You made assumptions based on inaccurate/false information. Posting correct information is not illogical. Not getting how posting a follow up to your original post suddenly makes you want to start trolling.
Sorry I don’t trust the media with anything and I wouldn’t put it above cnn or fox to stage questions given their past. However yes, trust everything you see on tv. Believe it. Sly you only read what you wanna read. It’s quite interesting. Obviously you don’t read everything I say.
