Max Angelelli and Ricky Taylor won the Memorial Day Classic on Monday at Lime Rock Park, a race highlighted by a first-lap accident involving two of the Grand-Am Rolex Sports Car Series premier Daytona Prototype entries. Angelelli and Taylor, co-driving the No. 10 SunTrust Racing Ford/Dallara, finished 4.791 seconds ahead of Ran Dalziel and Mike Forest, driving the No. 8 Corsa Car Care BMW/Riley. The most compelling drama came at the beginning of the 2-hour, 45-minute race. Just seconds after the green flag dropped, the No. 01 driven by Memo Rojas had hard contact in Turn 1 with the reigning champion entry, the No. 99 driven by Jon Fogarty. http://sports.espn.go.com/rpm/racing/news/story?id=5236774
