My one concern is he has a failed pot test on his rap sheet and I don't know if Mangini would write him off because of that. It'd be foolish to IMO.
If Jarrett does run in the 4.7... that is baaaaaaaaad news. He'll drop to the 2nd round (a Bunkley, Winston Justice type drop). Especially with that much speed on the board. Plus dome DEs, LBs would have run better than he did.

He's actually faster than his timed speed (like Marshawn Lynch). He'll probably run in the 4.57-4.63 range. However, if he really does run over 4.7, he will be a very late 1st round pick... probably a Charger, since they don't care about speed for WR's.

Johnson, Ginn, Meachem, Bowe, and maybe even Rice go ahead of him.
