Maybe he would have and maybe he wouldn't have...I don't know. I do feel pretty strongly he wouldn't allow a soft goal a game. But truthfully who cares. Not about Hank. Cam is obviously not Hank. I am focused on Cam and his need to play better, not concerned with comparing him to an elite top 3 goalie.

No one is saying he is playing well, maybe stepup is...i can't tell. But what i am saying is, just because he is starting doesn't mean he is suddenly going to play like a true starting goaltender. Expecting that is UNREASONABLE. So when this 20 yr old gets a start at some point over the next 5 days don't come on here screaming His save % isn't going to cut it! At this point...compile points any way they can and move on to the next game. It's not rocket science and it's not the end of the season...points are what matters, nothing else.
Wow...you are way off Grey. That is not what we are saying. What we are saying is we think Cam is a backup. We know he has to start the next 15 games or so. We are concerned because we think Cam is a backup and will be shaky as a starter for us. So I think we actually agree.

As a backup who starts 1 game every 8 or 10 games in hand picked spots, he is very solid. As a starter, which he is now, he does not get it done. Another 3 on Cam. Teams getting around 25 shots a game on Cam the last 4...yet it is the D. Comical stuff...LOL.
