Thats probably atleast another 5 yards of vision that they have. Yeah, Its a stupid excuse, but its the reason that people won't take him. Thats why we don't get paid to draft players. [IMG]</div>1 inch does not make a difference. The 6-2 and under QB's of the last decade have been just as good as the 6-4, 6-5 guys and there have been many good QB in between that at 6-3. There have been many good shorter QB's and Troy Smith won't be picked farther than 15th. I think he'll be a solid NFL QB.

They need more consistent play from their opponents. Playing all four service schools, common! :no3:</div>Notre Dame doesn't need to worry about joining a conference. Because of the fact every loves them, they bring money and the media loves them. They get better rankings because they are Notre Dame (don't believe me, what were they ranked at the begining of this year? After you answer that, ask yourself why and then look how they turned out this season). The BCS has contracts with them to get into BCS bowl games more easily (because they aren't in a conference, which is their excuse, but it is because of all the fans and money they bring). I would agree with you, but Notre Dame is one of the few teams that can pull off not being in a conference.I was very excited that Smith got Hiesman. He deserved it. I was also glad Quinn didn't get in second, he didn't deserve it. How Quinn won the Maxwell, I don't know (Yeah you can argue the stats and how the NCAA likes to spread out the awards to where the QB hiesman winner might not win the Best QB award, I mean it is a nice thought because of all the teams in the NCAA and the limited amount of chances you have to win awards, but it is pretty stupid in retrospect, any ways, Quinn didn't deserve the Maxwell, he had a great year but not against anyone special and he played way to many sucky teams).
