This is probably how a team will come back from 0-3 someday. A critical injury. Let's go Blazers!!!! Take advantage!
And they will, if the players had any interest in extending this series they would have won last night.
So was that similar to Westbrooks injury? If so, how weird is it to have those similar injuries happen in the same year, against the same team, in the same building.
I hate to see that sort of injury. I hated to see the injuries to the Blazers more. Not to mention it won't affect his career the way Wes' injury will likely affect his. Not to mention how key Wes is to our success.
Hate to see this. Lot of admiration for Conley. He's consistently overlooked by experts in the league - but he's been playing fantastically - and on top of injuries to boot.
Or it could light a spark under our asses and we take the series. Personally, I think that's playing with fire. They need to try for the sweep and put an end to the beast
I'm all for being the first team ever to come down from 0-3. It's just that we are not facing the team that would allow that to happen. There are times where their worst is better than our best.
But our best has never been their best so far. All we need are Aldridge and Dame to be good at the same time and we can beat anybody. Memphis has been Dame's kyptonite. If Dame can be himself, the series can seriously swing. He did well last night, but Aldridge took a dump in the first half.
