I tried hard too. Went two years without getting it.

Annie and I were both double vaxxed and double boosted but she tested positive about 3 months ago and it kept her away from work for a few days with a fever and milder symptoms compared to the ones we had read and heard about. Though I was never tested I'm pretty sure I had it too but the only symptoms I had was a sore throat and a mild fever for one day, but the next day, no sore throat and no fever.

Our 3 felines, DD, Chase, and Boots simply acted like they didn't care, one way or another...imagine that. :bgrin:

I also managed to avoid it. All the shots and boosters and wore mask. Sigh.

I'm so sorry. If there is any favorite restaurant near you that delivers and that sounds good to you right now I'll buy dinner.

Feel better morning and steadily worse all day. Going to message doctor. Pills that are supposed to reduce cough didn't work, just gave me nausea. Hopefully can get another prescription that helps. Been up two nights with cough.

It's getting progressively worse for me every day. My lungs feel heavy. Hopefully, this thing reaches its apex soon and shits me out the other side because no fucking thank you.

I hope you both overcome it soon. Mine seems to be just a severe cold, stuffed up, cough, no body aches though. My wife has it worse but has turned the corner.
