In fact, any difference would point to the UK being the bigger threat--they were the nation that initially decided to go with the strategy of getting as many people as infected as possible in the first wave.

 

Italy was the hot spot at the time. It changed shortly afterwards to include the UK.

 

I read that somewhere else and I'm not going to click that and I hope it isn't true.

I remember hearing about old coffins being dug up and finding fingernail scratches on the top.

I think I'd rather be burned but both are horrific.

 

Trump apologists are quite funny when they're wrong.

Lumping cops into one group is also funny...and wrong.

Was reading thru the thread earlier cuz i got bored just to see how people's mindsets changed. Sheesh, these are some horrible takes from just one month ago.

 

As I mentioned earlier, I have been volunteering a few days per week at our local testing facility where we too have only a select population that we are testing. I've had a few roles in both assembling kits, registration and a makeshift call center. It is fucking heart breaking telling someone on the phone who is so clearly sick that they don't even qualify for a damn test because we don't have enough. Some people have stayed on hold for over an hour to be told they don't qualify. Some of the calls I took this week especially have been just brutal.

I've stopped watching Trump's daily propaganda sessions, but to hear that the press has stopped to even ASK about tests is a sad state of affairs.



Until we have tested a wide array of the population to gauge the true spread of this virus, we will not come back to normalcy anytime soon.

I don't defend ALL cops...I don't condemn ALL cops either.

 

Hilarious how he thinks all cops are bad. I know many auto body workers that are horrible, but I also know many that are excellent and everything inbetween. Lumping groups of people as one is probably the most racist and/or prejudicial way of thinking. It really doesn't surprise me the source though.
