The problem is always going to be that hard right wingers are going to look at public health as commie socialism until it becomes a pandemic....the golden parachute insurance you buy or a wall you build won't protect you from the invisible or the air born

    Hello darkness, my old friend
So this seemed to be the cycle today:

Trump: "Maybe we want to inject disinfectant. Maybe we want to expose people's lungs and insides to UV light. I don't know, maybe that would work."

Trump Supporters: "Don't mock him. He just independently invented chemotherapy and radiation treatment. He's a genius. We probably should be looking into this."

Trump: "I was being highly sarcastic. It was great sarcasm."

Trump Supporters: "I can't believe you idiots took him seriously and didn't get that it was sarcasm."

Then why does he keep trying to flip a switch? And not like doctors talk? And not want to get all the answers? If I'm nervous or scared, I go to people that will help ease that. He does the exact opposite.

I’m in agreement with you. There are times I wish he would let those in the know do their thing. It’s okay not to know everything. It’s actually quite impossible

    A drive-thru strip club

You’re antsy. You want to leave the house. Gas is cheap. And several local businesses are offering drive-thru, drive-up or curbside services to stay afloat and serve customers during the coronavirus pandemic.

Here’s just a few ways Oregon businesses have adapted to a new, temporary reality.

    Drive-thru strip club

After first offering food delivery, the Lucky Devil Lounge has started a second creative venture: food pickup via a drive-thru strip club. Four dancers, in short shorts and pasties, perform under cover of an outdoor tent in the club parking lot, while customers wait for their orders in their cars. Owner Shon Boulden is calling it Food 2 Go-Go.

Cost to use the drive-thru is $30 per car, plus $10 for each additional vehicle occupant. (Yes, you do have to order food.) The go-go drive-thru is open from 6-10 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays and holidays like the upcoming Cinco de Mayo.

The club is still offering its stripper food delivery service, formerly known as “Boober Eats.” Boulden said after they received a cease-and-desist letter from the ride-share company Uber, they’re now calling it Lucky Devil Eats.

“Every small business is feeling this pain, the same hurt, and we’re just another small business,” Boulden said. “We’ve just been able to create this niche and it worked.”

Actually it does kill it, but it won’t wipe out a large infestation immediately.
