you are behind the times. Sweden tried to go the herd immunity route to save their economy. They didn't develop herd immunity and they didn't save their economy

just like the US, they don't mandate mask use, but they do mandate social distancing in public places like restaurants and bars and have strongly encouraged people to stay home. Those are still the recommendations and policies from the national government and they go further than trump ever has. And as the virus spread, more and more people in Sweden started to wear masks.

I'm not going to get into a back-and-forth with you on mask-wearing. I've seen your act enough to know you'll keep bleating out right-wing talking points and there's no upside in debate.

What I would tell Sweden is they have more deaths than Florida does and only about 1/2 the people and Florida is considered a failed reopening experiment and one of the worst hit states. Sweden would be even worse by comparison if they were in the USA.

That article says NY failed in flattening their curve, but NY's curve is flattened, so...

Sweden has a population density of 63 people per square mile.
NYC has a population density of 27,000 people per square mile! Look at that absurd difference in population density.
