Sorry, that was dumb. People have every right and many reasons to dislike Trump but all these exaggerations and false equivalencies are not legitimate. The notion that one person is responsible for the severity of the pandemic is just horseshit. There were successes and failures all across the board, from state and local governments on up. It’s an easy way to explain something complicated to idiots and use a pandemic to one side’s political advantage at the same time. It’s actually pretty slimy and cheap. It’s just divisive partisan nonsense.
