    I don't think he is disagreeing with the timing.

    But an emergency use declaration comes before all the vetting of the vaccine if complete. There are several instances, over the years, of the FDA withdrawing emergency use declarations because new data has come to light

    He still refuses to grasp the simple fact that though a possible vaccine is nice, he is still indirectly responsible for thousands and thousands of people needlessly dying.

    And he also doesn't realize that if he had acknowledged the virus early instead of downplaying it and refusing to wear a mask, he would likely have won the election.
