    My nephew works for LA county and he procures PPE equipment so it may travel from one source to the other. He has 12 hour shifts and he and his co-workers are exhausted.

    Last night was the best shower I may have ever had.....couple days with bucket baths heated on the woodstove make you appreciate some hot water pressure....the world is glad I did that

    Several plastic surgeons here in LA are coming down with COVID-19. Not surprising as many of them stay pretty social, as its part of the biz. They are still open, which is kind of dumb tbh and I believe their medspas are too, doing fillers, etc.

    Ordered 14 regular books and two cookbooks to keep me busy in lockdown and still working my way through Shakespeare's plays.
    Accidentally ordered one of the books in the original Spanish instead of English translation. Can try to schlog through with a dictionary or give it away and get the English.

    My MD friends are saying they are seeing more 40-50 year old patients who were formerly outliers. One had to pull the plug on a 50 year old female today.

    Anyone know about experimental Monoclonal antibody therapy? I guess Trump got it and a friend who is in BAD condition (near intubation stage) with covid is getting access to it. Just wondering if its a privilege thing (dude is rich).

    Also getting a blood infusion from the blood of previously Covid positive patients.

    Prognosis isn't good though, but its crazy the standard of care increases if you are wealthy or connected. Love how dr. Dre got an ICU bed when they were at 0% capacity
