If Bill Gates wanted to lower the population, why wouldn't he just secretly put a subliminal message in his phones and computers that says "quit having kids/pollute less", etc?

I'm not quite sure everyone thinks the onus should be on @Serbian to prove what he thinks, and not what they think.

Please, I'm not interested in websites who have a financial conflict of interest - including the cdc.

Heard a rumor that the Blazers found out about the vaccinations at Grand Ronde through their official forum.....

I heard that the Blazers stole the vaccines from the Grand Ronde Indians grandmothers.

Um, because he brought it up as if it was some kind of fact, and that's how discussions work?

And responders have also acted like he was wrong. Based on what? Feelings? I guess that's how they are discussed on s2 :)

That's kind of how things work. If you make a claim, especially an outlandish one, it should have the backing of proof.

Wait, are you actually taking this stance?

    That he's correct?

People responded to what he said by pointing out what he said was factually inaccurate, or taking things grossly out of context (to fit a narrative).

Almost. They way it works is that you can say "I don't believe you". However, you can't (intelligently) say that he is wrong, without providing your own proof.

Facts around vaccines working? Or facts around the millions of people who have safely gotten it and are fine? Which facts would put this to bed?

Right about what, he's said a lot.

Is it a "vaccine"? Not really by any definition of vaccine I've ever heard - I'm 56.

If you really want my opinion, I'm happy to give it to you.

Basically, one has to weigh the long term effects of Covid with the long term effects of the vaccine. This is a personal decision.

For me, I don't eat pufa's, sugar, or grains. I take vitamin D. This doesn't make me "covid-proof", but I believe this will severely decrease its effects if I get it. So, I'm not taking the vaccine. However, if I was on the Standard American Diet, I would take it.

    Hello darkness, my old friend
If the thrust of your post is that you're not immune to the disease, as in completely invulnerable, that isn't what "immune" means in this context. Immunity refers to being resistant to the disease and resistance comes in different degrees.

You can see here that the CDC classifies mRNA vaccines as...vaccines.
