There is absolutely no excuse for any segment of society to not get vaccinated, regardless of race, religion, politics or where you live. My daughter was administering vaccines on a daily basis at the convention center and she feels excuses are fucking cop outs. How is it that a % 0f special needs, elderly, minorities, people of all demographics & segments can come in and get vaccinated, but a larger percentage of some of the groups don't? No excuses unless you are a child.
Its not just republicans, dems or church ladies its all groups.

 

I don’t think people are claiming their car ran out of gas on the way to the clinic. That’s not what’s happening here in the way of excuses. They don’t want the vaccine, and don’t feel they should be bullied into taking it. No excuses necessary.

 

I agree with that and its part of the point I failed to make that, its a choice, for a percentage off all groups

 

It's not bullied if you are protecting a large segment of society. The unvaccinated should be quarantined before they infect my loved ones or me, for that matter.

 

Imagine seeing these two statements occurring back to back without green font.

 

Should we let those with measles or exposed to those with measles or small pox or a myriad of other dangerous infectious diseases go out into the public or should we do as we do now and quarantine them? Thank you for giving me Covid-19 which could be deadly for me.

Of course. They would like to give us a booster every 6 months for the rest of our lives.

But the CDC isn't going to recommend it unless it's actually necessary. So far the evidence doesn't support the necessity of a booster for at least a year.

In fact, The evidence I've seen seems to suggest we could have protection for years.
