it's really the team not the starting lineup that wins and loses games. I'd guess like most stud athletes Rudy is likely a pampered prima donna used to things going his way. Dude clearly isn't right physically yet so that adds to the frustration. If he fixes this 2nd problem he might just fix the 1st one too. STOMP
I like Rudy but his four TO's tonight were bad. I know we were winning handily, but I don't like how careless he can be with the ball at times.
I hope that he was just trying stuff out in garbage time knowing the game was in hand. I've never seen him try that curl-screen-alley-oop to Joel...and if it'd been to Oden I think the results would be different. They also didn't think we were going to shoot threes and were totally packing the lane. A bit hard to thread the needle through a packed defense.
Which I think put together with his just OK ball handling pretty much puts the Rudy as a point guard idea to bed. I love him as a sixth man who is able to shoot, pass and create, but as a full time point guard there's some pretty serious holes in his game.
