    It really depends. Traditionally they get fried but you could bake them if you want something somewhat healthier.

    ...I just bake mine...much easier...just season the wings anyway you prefer and put 'em in a preheated oven @450 for 1/2 hour...(tip; make sure you either spray the tin foil lined pan with cooking spray or used nonstick tin foil...keeps wings from sticking and makes clean up a snap)
